Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry (primarily in Excel)
- Communicate with contractors to manage
required paperwork
- Handle monthly billing and vendor account
balancing
- Submit certified payroll reports
- Assist with job setup documentation
Preferred Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word,
and OneDrive
- QuickBooks and construction industry
experience a plus
- Prior billing experience preferred
